The XM-3100 closely resembles the Lance Venice 150 in looks, but it gets EVEN BETTER gas mileage. This sleek, speedy scooter is completely electric and will easily make it over 50 miles on a single charge and will go over 40 mph. Its style is loosly based off the more modern vespa, but it's curved, aerodynamic look is slightly more retro. It easily rides 2 people.
The XM-3100 is the first of it's kind street legal electric powered moped / motorcycle running on lightweight high powered Lithium batteries and a 3100 Watt rear hub motor. The XM-3100 E-Moped is the fastest & lightest e-moped available & because it's running on 21 small light weight Lithium Ion batteries, the driving distances can be up to 85 Miles on a single charge + the battery life can be 7 to 10 years and can be charged up to 2000 times, with proper battery care.
The XM-3100 is about the same size of size than the XM-3500Li with equal weight. It also has about 25% more torque than the XM-3500Li. The distribution of the weight is also an important factor since the 21 batteries are small & stored low in the bike to keep the center of weight low to the ground which gives the driver more stability & control. With updated rear hydrolic bisc brake hose, the stopping power of the XM-3100 will be both quick & safe. The built in automatic transmission gives the 3100 a top speed of about 50 MPH and we have personally tested this moped to these speeds. This moped is capable of traveling up to 85 miles on a single charge and therefore does not need to be re-charged daily if the bike is not going to exceed it's maximum range.
With the rising gas prices these days Electric modes of transportation are becoming an ever more affordable necessity versus traditional transportation.
