How much is shipping and tax? I don't see it included.

Shipping is included in the price for all orders within the Continental United Stated. All you pay is the sale price listed. However, if you live in the state of Utah, you will have to pay sales tax during checkout. We don't like to have to do that either, but it's the law.

If you live outside of the continental U.S., feel free to contact us for a shipping quote. It will most likely cost about $290 for us to ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

How long will it take for me to receive my scooter?

Most of the time, it takes about 8-10 days for you to receive your scooter. It can occasionally take a little longer though, depending on things like the weather or road conditions.We go as fast as we can to get them shipped out, but some things can slow the process down, which make it take a little longer to receive your scooter.

How will I know when my scooter will be delivered?

It's sometimes hard to tell, because shipment tracking systems that larger shipper use are sometimes behind. They don't update as ofter as we would like. However, it is important to leave your phone number with your order so that we can have the shipping company call you to arrange delivery ahead of time. We always request that they give you a call to let you know, so you can be sure to be ready when they come.

How much assembly is required? How do I assemble my scooter?

Most of the scooters we sell come almost completely assembled. A few still need the handle bars put on, and all need the battery to be installed. This should be stated in the product description. Some scooters, specifically the Roketa scooters, require the front tire to be put on, and sometimes a couple of the body panels. It's not difficult, but if you have a question, feel free to call our mechanic and he can help you through some of the steps if you have a question. His line is (801) 471-5988.

How does the warranty work? What is included?

All the scootes we sell come with at least a 1 year warranty. The exact things covered are stated in our warrany statement that can be found HERE.

To sum it up, we cover almost any parts that are defective upon delivery, and then and most any engine related parts that have a problem thereafter. There are some stipulations, such as the scooter has to be well maintained and not have been crashed, but just know that if you take care of your scooter we will take care of you. That's probably the best way to explain how things work.

Why should we buy from you and not somewhere else?

That's a very good question, and we get that all the time. The things that set us apart from almost all other scooter businesses that sell online is that we have an actual physical location where we sell scooters all year round. Feel free to give us a call and talk to a live person and ask your questions. Most people who sell scooters online have no experience with working with customers and will ditch out of the business after a few months. We, on the other hand, are here to stay. We also have a mechanic to help you out if you have a question related to assembly or maintenance.

In addition to having the support of a real scooter shop, we also stock parts for warranty issues should you ever have a problem. Most people who sell online have no parts at all, and will leave you high and dry if you ever have an issue.

Finally, I feel that the best reason that you would want to buy from us and not from someone else is that our prices are the lowest because we buy factory direct, we sell all the best styles, we include a FREE item with every purchase, and the quality of the items we sell is absolutely miles above everything else that you would find online.
